Food of the French Revolution- Free Demo Tomorrow!

A last minute addition!!

From 12pm to 2pm Saturday July 10, Linda will talk about sumptuous banquets and art in France and the connection between food and the French Revolution. Linda says, “Let them eat madeleines,” which she will demonstrate. Samples will be available after the demo!!

Linda Civitello wrote the award-winning book Cuisine and Culture: a History of Food and People, which is used to teach food history in culinary schools throughout the U.S. and Canada. A frequent lecturer on food history, Linda has appeared on TV on Bizarre Foods, and on National Public Radio.
