Taiwanese Crickets

Ingredients:
Potatoes Strips (Could substitute with Roschti Potatoes)
Crickets
Garlic
Red jalapeno slices
Basil leaves
White pepper
Salt

Preparation:
Heat oil in frying pan and deep fry potatoes until crisp (Or pan fry Roschti Potatoes). Heat oil in wok until hot but not smoking. Drop crickets in oil and deep fry until crisp. Add garlic, jalapeno peppers, and basil. Toss lightly and add crickets and potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste.
