From the demo: Introduction to Chocolate-Making

2 cups whole milk
1 tbs dried lavender blossoms
4oz milk chocolate
Fleur du sal crystals
Bring milk to a boil, add lavender and cover. Steep for five minutes. Strain and reheat to a boil. Add chocolate and whisk. Serve in salt-rimmed glasses.
