From the Demo: Easy Breezy Summer Catering

Makes 24 Hors D’Ouevres
24 Surfas Chocolate Cups
2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
2 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Pinch Kosher Salt
1 Basket Fresh Berries such as Blueberries, Raspberries or Blackberries
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
- Line up chocolate cups on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
- Spoon in a dollop of whip cream into each chocolate cup.
- Top with a fresh berry.
- Voila!
