Chocolate Cups with Whipped Cream and Fresh Berries

Makes 24 Hors D’Ouevres

24                   Surfas Chocolate Cups
2 Cups            Heavy Whipping Cream
2 Tbsp            Powdered Sugar
1 teaspoon     Vanilla Extract
Pinch              Kosher Salt
1 Basket          Fresh Berries such as Blueberries, Raspberries or Blackberries

  1. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  2. Line up chocolate cups on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
  3. Spoon in a dollop of whip cream into each chocolate cup.
  4. Top with a fresh berry.
  5. Voila!
